Inter-Institute Management and Cultural Fest

The Institute organizes three-day Inter-Institute Management and Cultural Fest 'SANKALP' every year in the month of February. The purpose of organizing this fest is to provide platform for students to explore their skills and provide invaluable learning and knowledge sharing opportunities, appreciating and encouraging the outstanding performances of fellow students. GLBIMR aims at bringing out the best in the students in terms of their knowledge, aptitude, creativity and spirit of sportsmanship through this fest.

This year the fest was organized on February 12 & 13, 2010. About 500 students from 50 institutes of Delhi and NCR participated and exhibit their talents. Solo Dance, Group Dance, Solo Singing, Group Singing, Fashion Show, Brand Equity Quiz, Ad-Mad Show, Business Plan, Volley Ball, Table Tennis, Chess were the main events of this fest. The whole event was organized in an open space with approximately 1500 audience.

At the end, the winners and runners-up trophy were given by Prof. J. K. Sharma, the Director of Institute to the victorious participants.The main attraction of the fest was the performance of SA RE GA MA unit Delhi and Rock Band 'PRACHIR' from Kolkata during the fest.
