Participative Learning Program (PLP) organized @ GLBIMR

With the vision to create knowledge sharing platform among faculty and staff members through peer learning from diverse areas of management and research, GLBIMR organized "Participative Learning Program (PLP)" at its Greater Noida Campus. The session was conducted on May 10, 2019 by Dr. Alpana Agarwal, Assistant Professor , GLBIMR on Interpretive Structural Modelling Technique.

The key highlights of the session was to analyse the key factors behind the successful implementation of world-class manufacturing practices .CSFs and performance areas were identified through literature review and opinion of experts from industry and academia. Interpretive structural modelling (ISM) is used to develop a hierarchical structure for analysing the interactions among CSFs. Interpretive ranking process (IRP) is then used to examine the dominance relationship. More PLP’s will be organized in the coming months as such interactive sessions help in broadening the horizon of academic fraternity to deliver their best to the students along with their own development.
