GLBIMR Participated in the Entrepreneurship Educators Program

GLBIMR Participated in the Entrepreneurship Educators Program (EEP) conducted by National Entrepreneurship Network (NEN)

GLBIMR participated in the Entrepreneurship Educator Program from December 11-15, 2017 as a host incubation institute for National Entrepreneurship Network (NEN) for PGDM Batch 2017–19. Ms. Daitree Chaiterjee, Assistant Professor, IT, GLBIMR, represented the institute during the Program.

The EEP program was a unique initiative to facilitate dialogue and discussion towards entrepreneurship development by building in-campus entrepreneurial aspiration and talent, and supporting development and growth of emerging entrepreneurs in the country. With 22 faculty members participating from the North Zone of NEN affiliate institutes, the 5-day workshop was conducted by Expert Resource Person Dr. Vinod Shashtri, Head Academics of the Centre for Innovation & Entrepreneurship at Bennett University and NEN Master Trainer Mr. Chandan Kar.

The workshop was an enabler to provide in-depth knowledge of entrepreneurship through its basic concepts and knowledge such as Idea Generation, Opportunity Evaluation, Business Model and Business Plan to guide the GLBIMR students to take up Entrepreneurship as an enterprising endeavor as well as in corporate assignments.
