Special Yoga Session on "Yog Se Nirog" on March 28, 2018 @ GLBIMR

GLBIMR, Greater Noida organized Special Yoga Session on "Yog Se Nirog" by renowned Yoga Expert Mr. Ramneesh Vats on March 28, 2018, under the aegis of Dr. Urvashi Makkar ,Director General, GLBIMR.

Dr. Makkar shared that the art of practicing yoga helps in controlling an individual's mind, body and soul. It brings together physical and mental disciplines to achieve a peaceful body and mind; it helps manage stress and anxiety and keeps you relaxing. It also helps in increasing flexibility, muscle strength and body tone. It improves respiration, energy and vitality. 

Mr Ramneesh Vats also shared that yoga asanas build strength, flexibility and confidence. Regular practice of yoga can help lose weight, relieve stress, improve immunity and maintain a healthier lifestyle. 

Dr. Urvashi Makker presented a token of presentation to Mr. Ramneesh Vats and shared the importance of Yoga in daily life of every individual. Faculty , staff and students attended this session and learned useful yoga asanas during the session.
