The PGDM students got an excellent opportunity to attend an International seminar on “Mainstreaming the Marginalised” at PHD House, New Delhi on July 20, 2016.
The seminar facilitated the collaboration between the Industry, Government and Civil Society in realizing our Prime Minister’s dream- “Sabka Sath Sabka Vikas”. Financial Inclusion, Digital Inclusion and Livelihood Inclusion can foster structural reforms and open up the economy. Undoubtedly, this can be realized only when Corporate, Government and Civil Society work in tandem. The main aim of the seminar was to provide all stakeholders a common platform to discuss collaborative models towards contribution in skilling India for Global Competitiveness. The challenges and workable solutions were discussed in the seminar. The Seminar concluded with interactive “question and answer” session, various relative queries and concerns were raised by the students on the current policies and initiatives undertaken by the government on Industrial relations & sustainable economic development strategies followed by Government.
