GL Bajaj Institute of Management and Research, Greater Noida organized its Academic Advisory Board Meeting on February 12, 2019 chaired by Mr. Pankaj Agarwal, Vice Chairman, GL Bajaj Educational Institutions. Mr. Pankaj Agarwal, the Vice-Chairman of the Institute extended a warm welcome to all the members for sparing their valuable time for the Academic Advisory Board meeting. He acknowledged their contributions and expressed hope that the Institute shall continue to receive their guidance, support and cooperation.
Dr. Urvashi Makkar, Director General highlighted the efforts made towards the progress of GLBIMR during last academic year (2018-19) and also highlighted the achievements of the GLBIMR, Innovative pedagogical tools for program delivery, Curriculum Revision as per the Corporate Requirements, Inclusion of new courses in the current course structure, Enhancing Research Orientation amongst faculty members, Introducing new research policies of GLBIMR, Measures to meet the Program Objectives and Program Outcomes, Value added Certification programs for students, Skill Enhancement Programs for students with focus on Corporate Readiness, Faculty Development Programs and Faculty Orientation Programs etc.Dr. Urvashi Makkar also shared the rankings, awards and accolades by various leading magazines and agencies.The meeting witnessed highly interactive brainstorming with all members giving their worthy inputs and suggestions to improve Academic Quality of the Institute.
The latest edition of Nouvelle: Bi-Annual Magazine of GLBIMR which serves as a platform for the portrayal of the educational, cultural and industry interface of the Institute was also unveiled during the Academic Advisory Board Meeting.
