Participative Learning Program (PLP) organized on May 14th, by Dr. Anand Rai, Associate Professor, Finance, GLBIMR
With the vision to create knowledge sharing platform among faculty and staff members through peer learning from diverse areas of management and research, GLBIMR organized "Participative Learning Program (PLP)" at its Greater Noida Campus. The session was conducted on May 14th, by Dr. Anand Rai, Associate Professor, Finance, GLBIMR on Personal Finance with special focus on Wealth Management for Working Executives.
The key highlights of the session were that Wealth management is critical for meeting financial goals in life. The resource person discussed all the investment tools available in the market along with discussing the retirement planning in accordance to other financial goals in personal life. It was a fruitful session for all Non-Finance faculty members also as this an important aspect of portfolio management of finances. Financial planning helps in determining both short and long-term financial goals and create a balanced plan to meet those goals was the key takeaway from the PLP session. More PLP’s will be organized in the coming months as such interactive sessions help in broadening the horizon of academic fraternity to deliver their best to the students along with their own development.
