Students (PGDM Batch 2019-21) of GL Bajaj Institute of Management & Research, Greater Noida participated in ‘The SPIC MACAY EXPERIENCE Online Series’ which was organized by SPIC MACAY on May 30, 2020 under the visionary guidance of Dr. Ajay Kumar, Director, GLBIMR.
The host of the session was Mr. Jai, The Spic Macay Experience Series, Mr. Pankaj Malhotra, The Spic Macay was the convener and the eminent dignitaries for the session were Ms. Supriti, Volunteer, The Spic Macay Experience Series, Ms. Charu, The Spic Macay Experience Series, Mr. RM Tiwari, Associate, The Spic Macay Experience Series, Dr. Sapna Kamal Sangra, Volunteer, The Spic Macay, Jammu & Kashmir, Mr. Ashok, Volunteer, The Spic Macay, Kota, Mr. Amit Maheswari, Yog Guru, Gujarat, Ms. Babita Mishra, Volunteer, The Spic Macay & Ms. Usha Ravi Chandra, Volunteer, The Spic Macay.
Mr. Pankaj Malhotra started the session and stated the importance of yoga and meditation and discussed how we can utilize our time during this situation and also shown a presentation related to different positions of yoga, dance and meditation. Ms. Supriti discussed the importance of students’ education for developing creativity in art & craft. Mr. RM Tiwari emphasized on the importance of guru in our life and how Spic Macay is providing an opportunity so that everyone can learn different things according to their area of interest. Mr. Amit Maheswari stated that the main motive of Spic Macay is to promote good health and also discussed the importance of "Anadamaya Kosh". Ms. Babita Mishra told us about 8 classical dance forms and 10 crafts. Mr. Jai shared the information regarding registration & told that the link has been provided by the professors and how you can simply use it to make a video of 60-70 seconds.
Overall, it was a highly informative and insightful session.
