Webinar under Corporate Interface Series

Faculty & students (PGDM Batch 2019-21) of G.L. Bajaj Institute of Management & Research. PGDM Institute, Greater Noida attended an online Webinar under Corporate Interface Series on “Leadership Talk Series” which was organized by MHRD's Innovation Cell on Saturday, June 27, 2020 under the visionary guidance of Dr. Ajay Kumar, Director, GLBIMR. The speaker of the session was Shri Dipendra Manocha, Motivational Speaker.

During the session, Shri Dipendra Manocha suggested everyone to inculcate various traits and values in their life for achieving better leadership skills and also to achieve goals that they have set for themselves. He guided all to focus on the core values which will help to fulfil the goals, told them to think wisely and in a unique manner that should make a difference. He also guided all to think creatively, do things in a different manner and make plans accordingly to achieve something. He stated that one should look for long term sustainability which will lead towards larger benefits in the long run. He also discussed the importance of positive mindset and said that making positive changes in your attitude increases your vibrancy and energy. He elaborated and stated that this strengthened positivity gives you increased courage and persistence to explore new areas of life. He also stated that leadership skills will develop only with practice and experience. He also said that to be a good leader, it’s very important to think innovatively as it keeps your mind skills fresh and prepares you for new challenges that may come your way. He shared that it’s important to use technology wisely as it enables growth and innovation. He also discussed about building confidence within yourself and be creative in your thoughts and ideas. Before concluding, he shared that with will power and inner strength, there is no disability that can stop anyone to do wonders.

Overall, it was a highly informative and insightful session.
