Workshop on ‘How to unlock your Extraordinary Mind’ at GL Bajaj Institute of Management and Research. PGDM Institute:

GL Bajaj Institute of Management & Research. PGDM Institute, Greater Noida organized a Workshop on "How to unlock your Extraordinary Mind" on Monday, September 28, 2020 for the students of PGDM Batch 2020-22 under the patronage of Mr. Pankaj Agarwal, Vice Chairman, GL Bajaj Educational Institutions. The speaker of the session was Mr. Surya Narain Bahadur, Transformation Enabler, Resource Person & Corporate Trainer, Confluence Training & Development.

The session started with an invocation to Goddess Saraswati. Dr. Ajay Kumar, Director, GLBIMR motivated the students to be extraordinary as it is the need of the hour. He discussed how the environment exerts pressure but one must have the power to heal and need to unlock their brains.

During the session, Mr. Surya Narain Bahadur introduced a new word 'Netiquette' and defined it as a set of rules for acceptable online behavior on a virtual platform. He discussed the presence of mind and stated as to how there is something extraordinary in everyone which needs to be discovered. He shared the different frames of mind like Smart, Logic, Nature, Self, Picture, Music, Body, People, etc and suggested all to focus on their area of interest. He shared the three tips to unlock the mind i.e. Acceptance, Enjoyment and Enthusiasm. He added that the brain needs meditation to unlock the extraordinary side of it. He suggested that to unlock the extraordinary mind, one must be alert towards the environment and stay conscious about the things around them. He also discussed positive and negative thoughts and motivated everyone to find the purpose of their lives.

This workshop encouraged the students to unlock their extraordinary mind and develop their potential. It also enabled them to learn the traits which would help in development of their mind.
