The Technical Session Chair for Marketing area were Prof. (Dr.) Ashutosh Kumar, Head-Ph.D. Programme, Area Chairperson - Marketing, Amity University, Gurugram, Haryana; Dr. Veena Tewari Nandi (SFHEA) Asst. Professor and Programme Manager, University of Bedfordshire: An associated institution, Majan University College and Dr. Mitu Matta, CEO, Statlysis, Ex-Dean Academics, Lingaya’s University. Total five presenters presented their research work and the Best Paper Award was awarded to Mr. Nishant Singh, Dr. Bilal Mustafa Khan & Dr. Anuja Pandey, The Yenepoya Institute of Arts, Science, Commerce & Mgt.
The Technical Session Chair for HR/IT area were Dr. Adriana BURLEA SCHIOPOIU, Professor PhD, University of Craiova, Dolj, Romania and Dr. Parul Saxena, Head, Department of HRM & OB, Sharda University, Gr. Noida. Total nine presenters presented their research work and the Best Paper Award was awarded to Ms. Neerja Arora & Dr. Garima Malik, Amity Business School.
The Technical Session Chair for Finance & General Management area were Dr. R. Srinivasan, Head & Professor, KIET School of Management (KSOM), Ghaziabad and Dr. Priya Solomon, Associate Professor, Amity University, Noida. Total seven presenters presented their research work and the Best Paper Award was awarded to Mr. Chanchal Mandal, ARKA JAIN University.
Later on, the Valedictory Session was addressed by Prof. Hubert Rampersad, Ph.D, Dutch-American Innovation Guru and Harvard Business School endorsed author, Founder Center of Excellence in Design Thinking in USA. During his address, he discussed how Design Thinking develops the capability for creative problem-solving, innovation and business success. Along with this, the poster of 6th International Conference for Year 2021-22 was also unveiled.
More than 300 participants from Industry and Academia participated in the event. It was a thought provoking session which gave a new perspective to understand various aspects and also enhanced the knowledge of the participants.
