GLBIMR organized 7th MDP on “Transforming Customer Experiences through Digital Marketing” on December 08, 2017 @ GLBIMR
GL Bajaj Institute of Management & Research (GLBIMR), Greater Noida, organized its 7th Management Development Program (MDP) of the year, on “Transforming Customer Experiences through Digital Marketing” on December 08, 2017. The MDP was focused on to make the participants aware of digital marketing environment and its significance in creating customer value. This initiative was taken by the institute under the visionary guidance of Dr. Urvashi Makkar, Director General, GLBIMR. The Chief Guest of the event was Mr. Shikher Gupta, Head, Digital Marketing, Videocon Industries while Mr. Ashutosh Kasera, Digital Marketing/Branding Strategist Consultant and Mr. Jatin Bindal, Digital Marketing Trainer & Consultant were the Key Resource Persons The event witnessed participation of more than 100 delegates from various corporate houses, academia and research scholars and students.
Dr. Makkar, Director General, GLBIMR, shared that Digital Marketing transformations have become an integral part of the corporate world. Organizations have successfully evolved ‘customer- centric strategies’ using digital marketing tools. Mr. Shikher Gupta shared the role of digital campaign in creating successful experiences for consumers. He shared his views on understanding of the different CMSs (content management systems) available in the market and increasing web development and design effectiveness. Mr. Gupta shared examples of AmazonGo , Macbook Air, Snapchat etc to highlight the importance of effective marketing.
Mr. Ashutosh Kasera discussed about understanding the digital marketing environment and psychology of online customers. He made the participants understood concepts of Content Marketing like Organic and Paid Traffic sources. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Pay Per Click (PPC) Campaigns. Analytics. Mr. Jatin Bindal, who is an expert of Digital Marketing shared his expertise on topics like Advertising, Public Relations, Digital Marketing Funnel, Social Media Marketing Optimization, Suitability, Adaptability and Success for different businesses, He also shared PPC Campaigns and Analytics with the participants.
Like previous MDPs organized by GLBIMR, this MDP was also highly interactive and involved brainstorming activities among the participants and trainers. All the delegates were conferred with Participation Certificate. The event was extremely successful, and everyone is already looking forward for 2018’s MDP calendar of GLBIMR.
