Expression Club Activity - MARCOVANCE on December 02, 2017
GLBIMR clubs are very ardently organizing multiple activities every week, Expression Club of GLBIMR organized “Marcovance”, a blend of Marketing Quiz & AD Mad Show on December 02, 2017 , which aimed at enhancing the marketing skills of students in a very creative & informative manner. The activity, which was conceptualized & steered by Ms. Radhika Malhotra, faculty coordinator of the Expression Club, was distinctly categorized into two rounds:
Round 1- Marketing Quiz
In this round the question was generally asked about the Tycoon, Logo & Tagline of the companies.
Round 2- Ad Mad Show
This round was basically about to design an outstanding Advertisement about the product given on the spot. Participants were judged on the basis of spontaneity, content & adherence to the topic.
The winners of the competition were:
Marketing Quiz 1st prize- Vaishnavi, Swaati Maan & Vibhu Rastogi
Runners’ up- Alok Upadhyay, Abhinav Srivastava & Ayush Dixit
Ad Mad Show 1st prize- Tallatuf, Vaishnavi, Vaibhav Saxena & Yashraj
Runners’ up – Saurav Chauhan, Sakshi Bhadouria, Gautam Patel & Pulkit Tyagi
Winners were felicitated by Dr. Urvashi Makkar, Director General, GLBIMR, Mr. Pulock Bhattacharji, Vice President, BSE Institute Limited and Mr. Rajeev Garg, Head, Business Operations, BSE Institute Limited, during the Panel Discussion on “Opportunities in Stock Market” organized at GLBIMR campus on December 4, 2017. Dr. Makkar congratulated the winners and shared that participation in such activities not only makes the students confident but also provide opportunities to adjust themselves with other people, thus enhancing the interpersonal skills.
