To conduct programs for developing leadership pipeline for good governance of organizations in government, public and private sector. GHRODC will organize the following programs in association with OSDAPL, its divisions and associate organizations:
1.1 Programs by Centre for Leadership and Organization Development (CLOD), Mumbai, a division of ODSDAPL:
Programs will be organized to simplify the pathway to achieve excellence in life and career through nurturing potentials. The following are illustrative lists of the programs for that:
