Symposium - “Corporate Expectations from Aspiring Professionals”

MBA Department G L Bajaj organised a Symposium on Corporate Expectations from Aspiring Professionals on 20th August 2019. Our esteemed guest for the event was Mr. Kaushik Majumder, Cluster Hr Head, Adani Wilmar Limited. Before this he functioned as DGM & Head Hr Vinay Cements ltd.
Mr. Kaushik Majumder interacted with Students and shared the characteristics and aptitudes that corporate expect in a yearning professional. He enlightened the students regarding the importance of attitude and inclination in the selection process. He stressed upon the importance of alternative plans for individual 's career growth. Genuineness, Efficiency, and inspirational mentality are the key elements for accomplishing the statures in anybody's profession. Overall the session was quite Interactive and Knowledgeable.

Symposium - “Traits of Success” - Ms. Vineeta Sharma

MBA Department, G L BAJAJ , Greater Noida organised Symposium on “Traits of Success" on 19th August 2019. Ms. Vineeta Sharma was our guest speaker. She is Senior Manager at EY. The students were filled with excitement and enthusiasm. The event was interactive and enabled students to experiment and learn about traits of successful people.

Symposium - “Traits of Success” - Mr.Beni Kinha

MBA Department G L BAJAJ , Greater Noida organised Symposium on “Traits of Success" on 19th August 2019. Our guest, Mr. Beni Kinha Sir, who is the founder of Nectar Factor Program and a motivational speaker interacted with the promising youth of today and offered them guidance on their professional and personal life questions. The aura of the event was too positive and energetic.

Symposium - “Secrets of Professional Excellence”

MBA Department G L BAJAJ , Greater Noida organised Symposium on “Secrets of Professional Excellence” on 17th August 2019. Brig (Dr) Sunil Kumar Moudgil (Retd) was our Guest speaker for the day.
He has years of excellence in the field of leadership, training & development in Indian Army and the corporate world. The students actively interacted with him.
Students got accurate motivation dose from the speaker.

Symposium - “Leaders in Making”

On 10th of August 2019 a Symposium on "Leaders in Making" was organised by MBA Department GLBAJAJ. Our esteemed guest for the event were Mr. Gautam Gopal* Director Marketing & BD, TalentBlazer An Ex. AVP at SBI, An IIM Shillong Alumnus & Mr. Kunal Kumud* Founder & Director of Business Strategy TalentBlazer BIT Mesra & IIM Bangalore Alumnus. Mr. Kunal Kumud tosses light upon the five characteristics required to be a viable pioneer -Personal power, Influential, common goal, progressive and team building. He also stressed upon the importance of optimum utilization of 24 hrs in once life & Mr. Gautam Gopal stressed upon the effective communication skills required to be leaders, Importance to perceive what our identity is, the intensity of vision and the job of never surrendering mentality.
It was a marvelous platform for the students to interact, ask questions and understand the relationship between Leadership and Management.

Symposium - “Power Dressing and Corporate Grooming”

“Power Dressing is the combat gear for the trip to reaching the top”.
MBA Department has successfully conducted a Symposium on “ Power Dressing and Corporate Grooming” on 04th Sept. 2018.
The esteemed speaker for this event was Ms. Neha Rakheja, founder of Ur Style Coach. She holds an influential experience of more than 9 years in the industry of fashion and styling and her personal goal is to make sure that every individual has maximum style with minimum effort. Thus,she started her own venture Ur Style Coach and has been featured on:-CNN, ABC News, The MINT, Hollywood Life and many more. Till date Ms. Rakheja has trained nearly more than 209 CEO's and corporate leader to appear powerful and confident.
As, all our young dynamic and bright students embark on their professional journey. Dressing and grooming always have an edge and prove better in the face of competition. Ms. Rakheja helped all our future managers in learning the tricks and shared her valuable tips for being corporate ready. She took up many topics like grooming, dressing and communication that is the key essentials of every first impression.

Symposium - “Scope of MICE Industry in India”

MBA Department has successfully conducted a Symposium on “Scope of MICE Industry in India” on 24th August 2018.
The symposium was graced by the acclaimed and illustrious guests:
Mr. Harpal Singh, Director and co-founder of Brite Exhibitions. Sir has a diverse experience of more than 20 years in the exhibition industry and has successfully launched many national as well as International events.
Mr. Pinakie Kansabanik, Dean of ACTERM, the education initiative of India Exposition Mart Ltd. Sir has a rich experience of more than 20 years and has worked in all the domains of events, exhibitions and conferences including Ramoji Film City and many 5 star hotels in Delhi, Jaipur and Hyderabad.
As the term MICE and its domain were very new to the students. Out eminent guests educated them in scope, opportunities and growth of this industry. According to statistics, the MICE Industry is a booming area with 38% escalation in a decade. The industry is showing an abrupt growth curve across all continents and has a potential future. The symposium was aimed at broadening the domain of the students and also educated them about the various opportunities the MICE industry holds.

Symposium - “Professional Communication For Managerial Success”

MBA Department has successfully conducted a Symposium on “Professional Communication For Managerial Success” on the 20th of August 2018.
The esteemed speaker for this event was Ms. Reeba Kapoor, director of 'What’s in a name'. She’s also an international brain coach, an alumnus of the London S B University & having experience with working in 100 companies in both India and UK and helps people, teams, and companies to reach their goals through professional training.

Symposium - “BUILDING MANAGERIAL MINDSET & SKILLSET FOR CORPORATE EXPECTATION”

MBA Department has conducted a Symposium on “BUILDING MANAGERIAL MINDSET & SKILLSET FOR CORPORATE EXPECTATION” on 14th of August 2018.
The esteemed guest for this event is Mr. Gautam Gopal, Director marketing & BD, Talent Blazer. Also, Ex. AVP at SBI & An IIM Shillong Alumnus. Mr. Gopal is an Individual with ingenious and dexterous mind. Post his B.E in chemical, he has worked as, Manager EPC with Tata Steel. After his MBA, Mr.Gautam Gopal joined SBI as an AVP Marketing. He today is working as a Director with Talent Blazer, providing Management consulting to various companies and educational institutions.
His words of wisdom will truly help all of us to understand the required corporate expectations for a successful career growth. The aim of this symposium is to brief our young minds about the skill sets required in the professional world and help them reach glorious heights.

Symposium - “Student Leadership for success”

MBA Department has conducted a Symposium on “Student Leadership for success” on 13th August 2018.
The esteemed guest for this Symposium was Brig. (Dr.) Sunil Moudgil (International Master Trainer & Motivational Speaker). He also has handled various breath taking missions while serving the Indian Army, including the Kargil War.
His words of wisdom will truly help all the students to understand the much needed life skills for a successful career growth.
