HR panel discussion - “Journey from classroom to Boardroom”

MBA Department has successfully conducted a corporate HR panel discussion on “Journey from classroom to Boardroom” on 16th August 2018. The esteemed and acclaimed Corporate guests for this Panel discussion were:
1. Mr. Abbas Jalis Rizvi. (Service Delivery Hr-Global Operations, Ericsson)
2. Mr. Jagannath Sanyal (Marketing Director, Interra Information Technologies (InterraIT)
3. Mr. Jitendra Panihar (Ex-Head HR, Healthkart & Mentor to various Startups )
4. Mr. Sandeep Kumar (Deputy manger, Times Group)
5. Mr. kanishk kumar Abhishek (Sr.Director Enterprise sales, Directi & Mentor to various Startups)
The event was extremely engrossing and captured the minds our our young dynamic students. Each of our illustrious guests shared with us vital important knowledge that is required by our students to shine in the corporate world.
The panel discussion bridged the gap between the classroom teaching and the corporate expectations. All the future managers of tomorrow experienced a fair understanding of the corporate world and all those skills sets required to achieve their goals.

MBA Department has successfully conducted a corporate panel discussion on “Campus to Corporate” on 25th August 2018. The esteemed and acclaimed guests for this event were:
1. Ms. Anju Matta, Director at 100 Fortune Companies
2. Ms Asha Sharma, Manager HR at Everest Industries Ltd.
3. Mr. Raj Gupta, General Manager - HR at Tata Consultancy Services.
4. Mr. Sujit Kumar, Associate General Manager - HR at Jindal Stainless Ltd.
5. Mr. Gagan deep, Head- Hrd at SBL Pvt. Ltd.

Some key points that were focused upon were:
1. Logical pursuit is very much needed.
2. Balancing of professional and personal life.
3. Grasp knowledge as much as possible.
4. Practical approach and problem solving attitude is must
5. Always have clear concepts of the basics.
