As part of the Corporate Interface Series, the institute has tie-ups with a number of industry forums, including AIMA, CII, FICCI, PHDCCI, etc . Students are encouraged to participate in these forums' events. It gives students the opportunity to work with real-world professionals, learn from their experiences, and develop the network of connections that will help them grow in their chosen profession. The Corporate Interface Series also provides students with the opportunity to engage in meaningful dialogue with industry leaders, and learn about the latest trends in business management. Additionally, the program allows students to develop their leadership and problem-solving skills by working on projects with their peers and mentors.
We at GLBIMR see the minor project as an integral part of our PGDM program. It aims to bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world application by providing students with meaningful experiential learning opportunities. Two credits are assigned to this project, in which students conduct secondary and primary research on one company throughout all three trimesters. In addition to developing depth knowledge about the company studied from inception to present, the project is a cross-functional experience for the students. As a result, the student will have a greater chance of finding employment at the company in which they studied.
