Optimization (Print ISSN: 0974-0988) a bi-annual peer- reviewed journal of GL Bajaj Institute of Management & Research, provides a platform to the avid researchers, academicians, practitioner and scholars to share their original research in contemporary business and management domain that are significant for the organizations and institutions. The research articles and case studies having research approaches-empirical, analytical, experimental, conceptual, and theoretical are welcome to diffuse novel insights, practices and possibilities. To support and endorse distinctive research work, we do not charge the authors for papers submission or printing of the paper in our journal. It is purely an academic venture to promote management research.
