GLBIMR in association with Matchboard conducted Inaugural Session of Young Leaders Conclave 2023 on Top Trends for Building Tomorrow's Leaders.
The conclave witnessed deliberations by eminent HR leaders and industry experts on contemporary HR topics. The keynote speaker of the inaugural session, Dr. G.P. Rao, Founder, GPR HR Consulting LLP mentioned the relevance of managing self to attain the desired goals. He mentioned how the gig economy and the future matrix of disruptive innovation are changing the HR landscape in India.
Dr. Sapna Rakesh, Director, GLBIMR explained the relevance of lifelong learning for managing the competitive squeeze in the new world of work. Dr. Saagarika Ghoshal MD, MatchBoard & Founder WWL Forum shared the real insights of HR and shared how HR managers overcome persistent challenges of engaging, recruiting, and retaining employees in the gig economy. Mr. Anil Gaur, Group CHRO AKUMS Pharmaceuticals discussed self-discipline for unleashing the true potential of digital natives.
